Last updated: March 2026
These Terms of Service govern the hire of equipment and services provided by One More Song. By making a booking or hiring equipment from One More Song, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Equipment Hire
One More Song provides karaoke equipment for short-term hire. Equipment may include speakers, microphones, mixers, cables, and other accessories required for the karaoke system.
All equipment remains the property of One More Song at all times.
2. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information when making a booking.
One More Song reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
3. Security Authorisation
A $1.00 card authorisation hold will be placed on the customer’s payment card at the time of booking or prior to equipment collection.
This authorisation verifies the validity of the card and allows One More Song to charge the card up to $400 if the hired equipment is damaged, lost, stolen, excessively dirty, misused, or not returned in accordance with the hire agreement.
By hiring equipment from One More Song, the customer authorises One More Song to charge their nominated payment card for any reasonable costs incurred, up to a maximum of $400, relating to repair, replacement, cleaning, or recovery of the equipment.
If the equipment is returned on time and in good condition, no charges will be applied and the authorisation will automatically expire in accordance with the card issuer’s policies.
