Delivery & Pickup Policy

This Delivery & Pickup Policy outlines how equipment is delivered, collected, and returned when hiring from One More Song.

Delivery Area

One More Song provides delivery within 15km of Queenstown.

Delivery is available to the following areas:

• Queenstown Town Centre
• Fernhill
• Arthurs Point
• Frankton
• Lake Hayes Estate
• Jacks Point / Hanley’s Farm
• Arrowtown

Delivery is not available to the following locations or areas beyond the 15km delivery zone:

• Glenorchy
• Kingston
• Cromwell

Customers located outside the delivery area are welcome to collect and return the equipment from our Frankton pickup location.

Pickup Location (Frankton)

Customers outside the delivery zone may arrange to collect and return the equipment from our Frankton location. The exact address and collection instructions will be provided once a booking has been confirmed.

Delivery and Collection Times

Delivery and pickup times will be confirmed at the time of booking.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate preferred delivery and collection times where possible.

Late Arrival / Waiting Fee

Customers must be present at the agreed delivery or collection time.

If the customer does not arrive at the agreed meeting location within one hour of the scheduled time, One More Song reserves the right to charge a $50 waiting fee.

Failure to Return Equipment

If equipment is not returned or a scheduled pickup is missed, the full $400 security deposit will be charged to cover the replacement value of the equipment.

By completing a booking with One More Song, customers agree to the terms outlined in this Delivery & Pickup Policy.
