Cancellation Terms

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled hire date.

If a booking is cancelled within 3 days of the scheduled hire date, the full booking amount will be charged.

Security Authorisation

At checkout, a security authorisation may be placed on the card provided. This authorisation allows One More Song to charge the card on file if cancellation occurs within the 3-day cancellation window or if other applicable charges arise in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Changes to Bookings

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, availability cannot be guaranteed.
